Goods
We
currently offer delivery by courier. All products ordered before 2pm GMT will
typically be immediately dispatched and should, under normal circumstances,
arrive within 1-3 working days in the UK. We do not offer next day delivery
on orders after 2.00pm on Friday or the weekend, as our courier does not offer
a weekend service.
Returning
Goods
We
believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions
where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as
simple as possible.
Under
the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling
off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition to

7 days of the date on which you receive it.
You
will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own
protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature
upon delivery. If you return the product in its original condition, we will
refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for
is the return postage of the goods.
Faulty
Goods
If
your product is faulty, naturally, we will offer a refund or send you a replacement.
Depending on the nature of the fault and the product, we may repair the product
and then return it to you. On all occasions, please make sure the product is
definately faulty, and that the problem isnt simply user error. Obviously, you
should always read the instructions for the product and ensure you have exhausted
all tests before simply sending it back to us.
The
reason we ask that you fully test the product before simply giving up and condemning
it as faulty, is that if it comes back to us and appears to be working fine
when tested, there will be a re-delivery cost to yourself for returning the
working product to you.
So,
you are certain the product is faulty, and now you wish to return it to us.
You need to send the product to the following address:

When
sending the product back to us, please ensure it is well packed and clearly
labelled with our address above. As well as ensuring that the parcel is well
packed, please include a covering letter giving us the following information:
- Your
name
- Your
address
- Your
original order number (if returning a faulty product)
- A
contact telephone number
- A
description of the fault or reason why you are returning the product
Failure to give the details above, will naturally result in your return being
processed more slowly than normal, and in some cases we will simply not know
who the package is from and therefore have to wait for you to call us before
we know. We
always need to check all incoming faulty products to ensure they are indeed
faulty.
As
soon as testing is complete, we send out a replacement or refund your costs,
assuming the product is indeed faulty. Naturally, we have to wait for the faulty
goods to arrive back to us for testing, which takes as long as either the Royal
Mail or the courier you choose.
Rest
assured that as soon as a product is declared faulty at our end, a replacement
or refund will be immediately issued. If we are out of stock of the product,
we can then either offer a refund, or you could wait a little while until we
get restocked.
Sending
Us Goods
There may be a time when you need to send us goods so that we can check it over
for you. The process for sending us goods is as follows:
- Make
sure you have packaged the goods well, as we cannot be held responsible for
goods arriving damaged

Place a letter in with the parcel, explaining exactly why you have sent it
to us. Please do this even if you have spoken to a member of staff via email
or the telephone. This speeds things up when the goods arrive at our depot.

Please ensure your parcel is insured against damage, when sending as we accept
no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
